Sun Inns Hotel Lagoon near Sunway Lagoon Theme Park

The location is one of the few best points for this gem!! It's literally less than 100 steps or even 50 meters away from Sunway Lagoon Hotel's Entrance and obviously Sunway Pyramid Mall.The hotel itself was pretty clean in general and also within the room that I stayed. It has got all the basic necessities one would need to have. The A/C was working well throughout my 11 days stay!! The Queen-Sized bed was clean, good and comfy. The only thing it needs would be a little fridge （I'd recommend some rooms to have it and charge a little extra/more for it)This is a very great little budget hotel when all the necessary factors were factored in! I absolutely have no point whatsoever to complain about anything and everything about this hotel!! And yeah, Hotel's Wi-Fi was absolutely phenomenally blazing fast!! This was something that I didn't expect (it to be this great)

There should have been a mini fridge in the room and clearly state that it's going to cost a little extra for it. The hotel is still using traditional lock & key which is also fine by/with me because the keycard access would cost more to everyone staying there.The room size itself, obviously always looking bigger in photos

Room not sound proof, can hear noise from traffic and next door room. No lift. Hotel has no central air conditioning, only in the rooms.

It is close to my school

It was dirty, the light went out. The elevators was bad.

laundry , 99 speed mart , mamak stall next to hotel very convenient for us. we book family room with 1 queen + 1 single bed. toilet very clean and room also clean. just nice for budget stay to sunway lagoon theme park. we walk to sunway entrance 3 mins time from this hotel.

hotel walkway / corridor smell and reception to be more friendly with smile.

Room size : good and beds as advertised. Cleanliness just okay inside the hotel.

Broken or not properly maintain Hot shower and bidet. Cockroachse aroud night time. Night time a little noisy out side and AC sound make sleep disturbed or affect a resting enviroment.

Strategic location..easy to eat...good staff....

Room too small n the bathroom shower had no water.....need to use the pipe beside the toilet n there was stagnant water in the bathroom...

Close to Sunway Lagoon theme park and the shopping mall

Dirty and very dusty...the air con not working in our room and the second room the air con was leaking water. All the pillows were dirty, stained, and full of mould..TV only 8 channels in Malay..Very noisy. Windows had now proper security, so I would not recommend this hotel if you have small children as they can easily open the windows and fall out. The door can be opened by a small child at the right height. This hotel needs renovations, and it was not how it looked in the photos...

The hotel was near to 24-hr Indian Muslim restaurants and convenience stores.Plenty of food choices. Next to Sunway Lagoon.

The staff did not make up my room for the second and third day. I used the same towel for all three days.

It’s close to the pyramid centre and the lagoon part. They have a luggage storage.

The hotel is old, dirty, noisy and stinky. Really ugly!

everything was fine, we didn’t expect so much because it is a hotel budget only ..

theres only 2 plug for family room, which is we found it difficult to us 5 person to charge our phone at the same time .. please provide a extension or else people will take from the pantry .. 2nd the water heater is not working urghhh .. but its fine we can accept ..

Value for the price, comfortable to stay staff very friendly tooDownstairs many grocery store, mamak store. i like to stay here each time i have outstation. Cheap price but not low class.

The dirtiest hotel I've been stayed........no cleaning at all... it's totally different from wat I saw in booking.com picture

toilet was very dirty and smelly.the floor was slipperyI waa booking a Queen bed but they give me towin bed..

The price was affordable.

The rooms were dirty and having constant bad smell. I stayed for 1 hour. Then cancelled my booking and stayed at some other hotel for 5 days.
